Just to hear that the control system of the CNC machine tool that our factory is going to come soon is the Siemens 840D type, so the model of the study is on the top. Through learning, combined with my own technical status, I found that there are many places that need urgent study. First of all, the numerical control technology has never been studied. Although he has been engaged in the maintenance of CNC machine tools, he has designed and modified several CNC lathes in his early years, but he has never studied formal CNC systems. Although the CNC machines that have been hit in the factory are now broken, they can be repaired well, but there are a lot of experience, guesswork and luck in it. This feels completely different from repairing your own designed device. When I was repairing CNC machine tools, I always felt that I had no confidence. Therefore, I am now very focused on normative learning, taking myself as a newcomer to the beginning, starting from the basic principles and making up for the shortcomings of too many underlying blanks. Second, I know too little about the operation and simple programming of the machine. Originally used in the transformation of CNC lathes, the domestic CNC system was used. In order to test the machine, I also learned the programming operation at that time. The simple test procedures were compiled by myself. When I went to repair the CNC lathe last week, I also found an error in the operator programming operation. However, in the face of these large-scale CNC machine tools, they never know how to operate. They rely entirely on the operation of the operator to carry out the test machine to check the fault. Once the operator has an error, the machine fails, and he can't find it. When I read the book, I saw in the book that "in a sense, a high-level maintenance personnel should operate at a higher level than the operator, and the ability to use programming instructions should be stronger than the programmer." I think this sentence is very correct. Third, the level of foreign languages ​​is too bad. Although the number of manufacturers of CNC machine tools in China has been increasing, the key part of CNC machine tools, the CNC system, mainly relies on imports. The supporting manuals and materials often use the original text, and the alarm text display of the CNC system is mostly outside. In order to quickly confirm the cause of the failure and speed up the maintenance process according to the information provided by the system and the instructions in the machine manual, as a maintenance person, I must strive to improve my own professional foreign language recognition ability and improve the foreign language level in order to analyze and deal with problems. So now I find it very important. Fourth, it is far from enough to understand the mechanical principle, hydraulic principle and pneumatic principle of CNC machine tools. Since CNC machine tools are usually integrated with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and pneumatic processing equipment, there is a close relationship between the various parts of the machine tool, and any part of the failure will affect the normal operation of other parts. The first step in our daily maintenance is to identify the type, cause and location of the fault as soon as possible according to the fault phenomenon. This is the quality that CNC maintenance personnel must possess, not only to master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical professions. Basic theory, but also should be familiar with the structure and design of the machine tool, familiar with the performance of the CNC system, only in this way, can quickly find out the cause of the fault and determine the fault. There is no such thing as a mechanic or an electrician kicking a ball. Now combined with the status quo of the maintenance strength of our factory, I also found that there are several problems. The first is the technical level of the maintenance personnel. There is no systematic learning of CNC maintenance technology on the side of the electrician. They all rely on experience and groping. It is urgent to increase the training in the true sense. It is not the kind of training that has gone through the past. Second, the degree of familiarity of the mechanics on the machine tools is uneven. The mechanics who have repaired the CNC machine tools of the factory are just a few masters. They are concentrated in one group. Most young mechanics are quite unfamiliar. Opening or retiring is really a hassle.
